By accessing and using BooksWave ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "you") accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

BooksWave is a digital book marketplace that allows users to purchase, download, and read digital books (eBooks) in PDF format. Each purchase includes a Copyright Certificate confirming your legal ownership of the purchased copy.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• BooksWave reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. BooksWave does not store your payment information.
• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a download link has been accessed.
• If you experience technical issues with your purchase, contact us within 48 hours at support@bookswave.shop.

• Download links are valid for 48 hours after purchase.
• Each link allows a maximum of 5 downloads.
• You may re-access your purchases from your account dashboard at any time.
• BooksWave is not responsible for files lost due to device failure.

All books and content available on BooksWave are protected by copyright law. When you purchase a book:

• You receive a personal, non-transferable license to read the content.
• You may NOT redistribute, resell, or share the digital files.
• You may NOT reproduce or copy the content for commercial purposes.
• The Copyright Certificate issued with each purchase is for personal record only.

Violation of copyright terms may result in account termination and legal action.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
• Share, resell, or distribute purchased digital content.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

BooksWave provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BooksWave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or inability to access purchased content.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable international e-commerce laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
